On Desktop
Step 1: Login to your LinkedIn profile
Log in to your LinkedIn profile on www.linkedin.com and navigate to the upper left-hand side of the page where you see your name displayed.
Step 2: Click your current profile photo on your LinkedIn page
Click your current profile photo on your LinkedIn page.
Step 3: Click "Upload photo"
Select the option to upload a photo. We recommend choosing a photo that shows your entire face.
Step 4: Upload a new image
Here, you can crop, zoom, straighten or add a filter if needed.
Step 5: Click "Save photo"
Save the updated photo.
On Mobile
Step 1: Click the profile icon
Open LinkedIn on your phone and click the profile icon to get started.
Step 2: Click the + icon
Click on the plus icon next to your photo in the top left hand corner.
Step 3: Click upload photo
A pop-up will then appear. Click upload photo to be directed to your phone’s camera roll. Note that you may need to update your settings with LinkedIn for the app to have access to your camera roll.
Step 4: Select the image
Select your desired image.
Step 5: Click "done"
You will then be in the image editor portion where you can adjust the zoom, aspect ratio, etc. Once you are happy with how your image looks, click done in the bottom right hand corner.
